Justine, a chef who carries Sarthe in her heart...

A native of Berfay (5 minutes from Vibraye), Justine was lulled by the simple, rich and surprising life that Sarthe offers. Lulled by the sweet scent of generous family cooking, she very quickly developed a love of good products and gourmet cuisine.

After several experiences in very beautiful establishments, Justine naturally felt a need to return to her roots in the land of her childhood, closer to her family.

It is this proximity, this simplicity, which makes today the cuisine of Relais du Chapeau Rouge a true guarantee of authenticity and terroir.
